How to make Fathead Pizza

  • 1 and 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • Your choice of pizza toppings (e.g. tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, meat)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted and can be stirred together.
  3. Stir in the almond flour and egg until the mixture forms a dough.
  4. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and use your hands to press it into a round or rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Transfer the parchment paper with the dough on it to a baking sheet.
  6. Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven and add your choice of pizza toppings. Be sure not to overload the crust with too many toppings, as it may become soggy.
