  • milk — I use whole milk but you can also use water, almond milk, cashew milk, etc.
  • frozen fruit — I used frozen cherries. Feel free to use whatever frozen fruit you have on hand!
  • banana — half to one full banana contributes to the creamy texture of this tofu smoothie. Using frozen bananas help keeps the smoothie creamy, thick, and chilly. You can use fresh bananas as well. The more brown spots they have, the sweeter the bananas are.
  • maple syrup or honey — as an optional sweetener, you can add some maple syrup or honey. If you use a sweetened milk (such as sweetened almond milk), you might not need any.
